Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
YES!! - An appointment will ensure that a fitting room will be available for you to try gowns as well assistance from staff to help you find your perfect dress.
When should a bride start looking for a gown?
We recommend any where from 9 - 12 months before the intended wedding date. This allows time for a brand new gown to be delivered in store; in the correct size or different colour for you.
Who Should I bring with me?
You are more than welcome to bring people with you, we encourage you to bring along people whose opinion you value and will help create a memory to last a lifetime. 1-3 people is ideal.
What should I bring with me?
Just your beautiful self - but if you do want to be super organised here are a few things you can do to help on the day:
- Nude seamless underwear,
- Basic make up so that you feel amazing too,
- And lastly wear comfy clothes that are easy to get in & out of.
Do we offer Lay-By?
Yes! We are very flexible in payment options which include lay-by & payment plan options. Our Lay-By time frame is up to 12 months to help make paying off your gown easier than ever. Bank transfer options are also available.
Do we hire gowns?
Unfortunately due to high costs associated with cleaning & repairing gowns after they have worn we can not offer this service to our brides. We can however sell our gowns of the rack which are discounted very generously.
Do we sell pre loved gowns or offer consignment options?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer this service - all of our gowns in store are brand new to be ensured its first memories are made happily with you.
