How Long does an appointment go for?
Saturday appointments are booked with a 1 hour time slot.
Weekday appointments are booked at 1.5 hour time slots.
If you wish for more time please let us know and we will do our best to cater for you.
Who Should I bring with me?
We encourage you to bring along people whose opinion you value and will help create a memory to last a lifetime.
Our fitting rooms space only allows for 2-3 guests if you wish to bring more than that please let us know ASAP so that we can try to accommodate your group.
We also would like to note that we are a family friendly environment - you are most welcome to bring children with you. We can even pull out our toy basket to help keep the little ones happy!
What should I bring with me?
Just your beautiful self - how ever if you do want to be super organised here are a few things you can do but are not essential:
- Nude seamless underwear,
- A pair of shoes that you know will similar to what you would wear on the day,
- Basic make up so that you feel amazing too,
- And lastly wear comfy clothes that are easy to get in & out of.
Do we offer Lay-By?
Yes! We have very generous payment options.
Our Lay-By time frame is up to 12 months to help make paying off your gown easier than ever. Bank transfer options are also available. Terms & Conditions apply.
How long do bridal gowns take to be delivered?
Bridal Gowns will take approximately 6 months to arrive. Beginning to shop 9-12 months prior to your intended date is a great time frame to ensure things run as smoothly as possible. If your time frame is less than 6 months that is fine; just let us know prior to your appointment and we will do everything we can to your perfect gown here in perfect timing.
